Magic Onboarding is AgentAGI's template-driven company creation flow. It is designed for speed, simplicity, and getting you from zero to a running AI company in under 2 minutes. You provide a one-sentence description of what you want to build, and AgentAGI handles team formation, configuration, and deployment automatically.
Think of it as the “Quick Start” button for your AI company. Instead of configuring agents, budgets, and integrations manually, you describe your goal once, review the result, and click create.

How It Works
Magic Onboarding follows a 5-step flow. Each step is handled by AgentAGI's AI matching system, which analyzes your description and makes intelligent decisions about team composition and configuration.
Type Your Goal
Go to Templates in your AgentAGI Magic Onboarding. Type one sentence describing what you want to build. For example: "I want to build a SaaS marketing engine that helps B2B companies generate leads through SEO content and LinkedIn outreach." That is all you need to start.
AI Matches a Template
AgentAGI’s AI analyzes your description against 10+ pre-built solution templates. It considers keywords, business type, team requirements, and integration needs to find the best match. The AI then customizes the template to your specific niche — adjusting agent names, system prompts, budgets, and heartbeat cycles to fit your goal.
Customizes Everything
The AI fills in every field: company name, company description, 90-day goal, agent roster with names and roles, system prompts for each agent, heartbeat intervals, monthly budgets, and bundled integrations (Email, Telegram, Beehiiv, etc.). Every prompt is rewritten to match your niche.
Review & Approve
You see a full preview screen showing your company. Everything is editable: company name, description, goal, agent roster, budgets, and integrations. This is your chance to customize before launch.
Create Your Company
Click "Create my AI company." In seconds, your company is live. Agents are created, workspace directories are set up, the company goal is written to the system, the CEO (Atlas) wakes up and starts planning, integrations are connected, and your first project appears on the dashboard.
