Agent activity logs and trace data are retained for the duration of your subscription and for up to 90 days after account termination, unless otherwise agreed.

Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS, with primary data centers in the United States and additional regions in the European Union.

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
